Scheduling and Contact Information
You may inquire about our services or schedule your appointment completing the contact form, or by phone at (253) 224-1723.
Please provide the exact address, gate codes or lock box numbers, homeowners name and contact information. If possible, also provide me with general information about the property such as square footage, number of bedrooms/baths, etc.
Also let us know about any special requests and extra services (aerial photos, areas of the home not being photographed, etc.)
Prior to the Shoot
Did you know that a home that photographs well sells faster and usually over the asking price? It is recommended that you work with a professional stager to get the property ready and to ensure that it shows to the best of its potential. We have created a "Preparation Guide“ for you and the homeowner so that the home will be ready to be photographed prior to the time of the shoot.
Photo shoots will usually take between 1 and 2 hours depending on the size and complexity of the property.
At The Shoot
As we're shooting, we make every effort to make a room look “magazine ready”, which includes moving stray items, small furniture, etc. from the shots. Please note however, that this does not include cleaning or decluttering. Agents and/or homeowners are expected to have the property cleaned and staged prior to the photo shoot. If the property is not ready to be photographed you should make every effort to reschedule 24 hours prior to the shoot.
Payment
Payment may be made in full on-site with cash, check, or credit card. You may also pay with a major credit card when downloading your images. Unless you are an established client, payment is required before the images will be delivered.
Delivery of Photographs
Images are generally delivered by 10am the next business morning following the shoot via email with a link do the download site. You will receive high-resolution images, sized for the web and the MLS. If you require Ultra-high resolution images for print, please let us know. Images for Saturday shoots will be available at 10am on the following Monday.
Cancellation, No-Shows and Inclement Weather Policy
Cancellations/Rescheduling require a 24-hour advance notice. Please attempt to cancel or re-schedule as soon as you are able.
If conditions warrant rescheduling, we leave it up to your discretion to reschedule. We ask that if you would like to do this, that you do it with as much notice as possible. We assume we are still shooting the property unless you call or email to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will insure a full shoot fee.
Licensing Rights and Photo Usage
All images produced for an agent or broker may be used by that agent for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property and for the agent’s self-promotion. The photos may also be used by the agent’s parent company for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property photographed. Please note however, that all the images are owned and copyrighted by the photographer, and licensed granted only to the agent and the agent’s parent company and not to any third parties. You may not transfer or sell any of the images. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers, or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved and licensed in writing by the photographer.
